Sanaz has always been passionate about teaching since an early age. She started tutoring math and physics as early as 17 years old at her local community college and her passion for helping others master math and the sciences grew from there. She earned her Masters in Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University in 2007 and has since combined her skills in engineering and her passion for education with her tutoring business founded in 2011.

She is a WA-state certificated secondary (upper-level) math teacher who has experience teaching middle school and high school mathematics. Her past experiences as math coach, science instructor, and middle school and high school mathematics teacher make her experienced in both helping students build their science mathematical foundation as well as challenging them in statewide competitions and stretching their capabilities further than what is required by State Standards. Her energy, passion, and patience make her the perfect tutor. She has won the distinction of Best Teaching Fellow of the Year Award at Boston University in 2005 for teaching a Solid Biomechanics course in the College of Engineering, and exemplifying her commitment to teaching excellence.
